used for construction on SL County projects to ensure that the best
quality is maintained.

roadways.
Responsible for:
We provide material testing and inspections for APWA specification for ongoing County projects and County approved developments as required.
Materials Testing Lab:
- Testing of road base materials and granular borrow to ensure APWA specifications are met.
- Testing of asphalt materials.
- Testing of concrete samples.
Inspection:
- Inspection of utility cuts and new construction
- Inspect ADA ramp replacements
- Inspect Slurry Seal application
- Inspect trip hazard removal projects and other contracted projects.
